  • Partners don't know each other's services and routes in

We did

  • DoneShared the notes and contact list after every gathering, so partners can reach each other directly between meetings.
  • DoneGot more local groups listed on H.A.Y. Lincolnshire so people can find them, including Sudbrooke Coffee Club and Walking Group, Scothern Players, Reepham Art Group, Cherry Willingham Whist Club and Gentle Fit.
  • In progressLooking at shared support options for village hall committees struggling to find volunteers and successors. This is likely to be one of our priorities in next year's (2027/28) project plan. About our project plan →

  • DoneSubmitted Welton Library and storytime, Welton and Dunholme Cricket Club and Welton Larder to H.A.Y. Lincolnshire, to make them easier to find.
  • DoneStarted a monthly newsletter, so there's one round-up instead of lots of forwarded emails. Read the newsletter →
